This is because the fisherman will went out in early in the morning to catch the seafood such as crab, prawn and fish with nat and comeback after sunrise to sell the fish in the market and restaurant there. They offer you a  fresh food from their land. Specialty about this mee udang also the restaurant itself seems floating on water!!!
